Chef Brandon Williams has recently opened a fish burger joint in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington DC and I was booked to take some photos prior to their grand opening in the beginning of September 2017. Chef Williams only uses organic ingredients and the freshest fish ranging from salmon to mahi-mahi.
